Back again for 2026 – Registration Links are now live!
Join us again for four fun free Fridays on the Morgan Recreation Ground, Crowthorne!
The 2026 dates are Fridays: 31st July, 7th August, 14th August, and 21st August. (Activities run 3-5pm each day!)
As in previous years, we have provided a “Pre-Registration” link to streamline the booking-in stage so kids can get on the activities faster at the start of the afternoon. (It also really helps our wonderful volunteers too!). Please complete a separate registration entry for each child attending.
On the day, please check in at the registration tent and say you have registered online to receive your child’s event entry pass (wristband). “On the day, please visit the Registration Tent to collect your child’s wristband. To help everything run smoothly, make sure the parent/guardian information you enter below is complete and correct. And don’t forget — grown‑ups need to stay on the field while all the fun and activities are happening!”

By registering your child you are agree that your child will be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during the event and that you and your child will comply with all safety instructions delivered to you during the event. Please note that the climbing wall operates a minimum height (1m) for all children wishing to participate.
PS We close the online registration on the morning of the event (so we can print out the lists) – but don’t worry, you can still register your child on the day – just come to the registration tent on the field.
Whilst the activities are free for young people, they are not cost-free to provide and we are most grateful to Churches together in Crowthorne Parish Council, Wokingham Without Parish Council and “Good Neighbours” Crowthorne for their generous financial support. We still need to raise any further funds, so please get in touch if you can help!
Why we collect registration data and how it is used:
We collect information about you and your child to ensure their safety during the event and to provide non-personalised aggregated attendance data after the event to report back to our funders. All personal data is stored securely and destroyed after it has been used.
